About Practice

Dedicated to modern pain-relieving treatments and advanced podiatric aesthetic solutions, Francine Rhinehart, DPM, is an experienced podiatrist known for helping patients with minor to complex foot and ankle issues. Dr. Rhinehart welcomes patients to her private practice located in Dallas, Texas.

After completing her undergraduate degree in biology, Dr. Rhinehart was accepted into podiatry school. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio.

Dr. Rhinehart went on to finish a comprehensive three-year podiatric medicine and surgery residency through the Sisters of Charity Hospital, located in Buffalo, New York. She’s currently board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and continues her training with the prestigious International Aesthetic Foot Society.

As a competitive middle-distance runner in college who still runs for recreation, Dr. Rhinehart knows the struggles athletes have with their feet. Throughout her career, Dr. Rhinehart has gained extensive experience in modern podiatric therapies. She even trained under Suzanne Levine, DPM, a renowned New York-based celebrity doctor known for innovative aesthetic podiatric treatments.

Dr. Rhinehart focuses on educating her patients and taking time with them. She genuinely cares and is known for her compassionate bedside manner. By providing many conservative treatment options, including aesthetic solutions, Dr. Rhinehart can help patients keep their feet in good health and slow down their progression toward surgery.

Between Sculptra® dermal filler injections to add cushioning, laser fungal nail treatments with Q-Clear™, and more, Dr. Rhinehart offers the most up-to-date solutions. She is also dedicated to thorough diabetic foot care and wound prevention, so diabetic patients can expect early intervention for foot issues.

Dr. Rhinehart is a highly regarded podiatrist because of her dedication to quality care and how she builds lasting relationships with her patients. She even partners with other specialists and provides second opinion evaluations when requested.
